At the heart of the old school building sits the main quad - an secure green space that offers a wonderful outside area to hire in conjunction with the Old Gym.
Hire the main quad with the Old Gym to give your event the right mix of indoor and outdoor space whilst keeping the whole event safely contained in an easily manageable space. NB: The main quad is not available to hire separately.
UNEVEN GROUND:
Please be aware that the grass covered area is a semi-natural landscape and the ground is uneven.
COST:
You can hire the main quad for £11.00 per hour when you book a one off event. Discounts are available if your booking last between 2 and 9 weeks or is for more than 10 weeks. Typically this is in the region of 15 to 25% of the published price.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
In the event of very wet weather, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Quad to avoid mud and water being trodden into the building. If that happens, any monies paid for use of the Quad will be refunded to you in full.
